I have a 2 bedroom apartment and I would like to rent one room.
I do a lot of sport activities like rowing, jogging, cycling, skiing. I am really friendly amd open. My daily routine is to wake up at 7 am, go to work (to office or from home), after work I am doing some sports and from 10 p.m I sleep. It's important to me that I have a flatmate who has the same rhythm or at least is quiet when the other is sleeping :)I do not parties at home, it is a really relaxed house with quiet neighbours. I really like order and cleanliness in the flat and I think it is important when we leave the apartment then at least the common areas should be in order.
The apartment is very quiet. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning, electronic blinds. The rooms are furnished.
The total rent is fix 380 Euro incl overhead and internet.

Ich habe ein 2 Schlafzimmer Wohnung und ein Zimmer würde ich gerne vermieten.
Ich habe 8 Jahre lang in einem Studentenwohnheim, seitdem fast immer in WG-s gewohnt. Ich bin sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Ich treibe viel Sport, rudere, jogge, Fahrrad fahre. Ab 22 Uhr schlafe ich ca bis 6-7 Uhr deshalb ist es mir wichtig dass ich jemand hier habe der / die gleiche Rythmus hat oder mindestens leise ist :) Ich arbeite machnmal aus dem Home Office manchmal aus dem Büro. Ich mag sehr die Ordnung und Sauberkeit und finde wichtig, wenn wir die Wohnung verlassen dann sollten mindestens die Gemeinschaftsräumen in Ordnung sein. Bisher war es immer so dass mit dem Mitbewohner wöchentlich geputzt haben.
Die Wohnung ist sehr leise. Verfügt über Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage, elektronische Roladen. Die Zimmer sind möbiliert und verfügt über einen Schreibtisch.
Die Gesamtmiete ist fix 380 Euro.
