Die 3er-WG liegt im Bühlertal-Obertal, man hat 8 min. zu Fuß zu den Buslinien nach Bühl oder nach Neusatz/ Ottersweier, Haltestationen „Eichwald“ und „Schönbüch“.

Spätabends verkehren zwischen Bühl und Bühlertal Sammeltaxis/ Anruf-Linientaxis.
Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bühlertal sind vorhanden, zu Fuß in ca. 10-20 min erreichbar.
Folgende Zimmer werden in der Dreier-WG frei:
Ab 1. Mai 2024 wird ein 10 m²-Zimmer frei.
Ab 15. Mai 2024 wird ein 14 m²-Zimmer frei.
350 Euro Miete pro Zimmer beinhaltet:
• Warmmiete
• WLAN/ Internet
• GEZ-Gebühr/ ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Beitragsservice.
Zusätzlich 20 Euro/ Monat pro Mieter für monatliche Reinigung der WG-Gemeinschaftsflächen (Küche, Bad, Flur) durch externe Putzkraft.
Kaution: 2 Monatsmieten, also 2 x 350 Euro.
Bei Einzug einmalig 30 Euro Grundreinigung/ Putzgeld.
Tiere und Rauchen sind nicht gestattet!
Die Küche ist mit den Grundutensilien Töpfe, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher und Geschirrhandtücher ausgestattet. Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung.

In the late evening, shared taxis/ call line-cabs operate between Bühl and Bühlertal.
A car is an advantage, parking is available.
The location/ region is quiet.
Shopping facilities in Bühlertal are available, reachable on foot in about 10-20 min.
The following rooms will become available in the three-bed flat share:
A 10 m² room will be available from May 1, 2024.
A 14 m² room will become available from May 15, 2024.
350 Euro rent per room includes:
• Warm rent
• WLAN/ Internet
• GEZ fee/ Contribution service of ARD, ZDF (Television) and Deutschlandradio.
Additionally 20 Euros/ month per tenant for monthly cleaning of the WG/ Shared flat common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor) by external cleaning person.
Deposit: two months rent, so two times 350 Euros.
At move-in once/ one time 30 Euros basic cleaning/ cleaning fee.
Animals and smoking are not allowed!
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils pots, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, stove, oven, kettle and dish towels. Washing machine is at your disposal.
