Da es anscheinend zu Missverständnissen kommt, hier nochmal erklärt....
Ich bleibe in der Wohnung und suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in die mit mir und einer weiteren Dame zusammen in einer Wohngemeinschaft leben wollen.
Es Handelt sich also nicht um eine Wohnung sondern um ein Zimmer. Pro Person 500€ Miete und jeweils 600€ Kaution.
Du wolltest schon immer mal im Biertor wohnen? Jetzt hast du die Möglichkeit.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner werden mich leider verlassen, und dir dadurch die einmalige Chance geben im Chamer Wahrzeichen zu wohnen.
Die Miete beträgt pro Person 500€ Warm.
EBK und ein großes Wohnzimmer sorgen für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben. Die Zimmer sind verteilt auf 3 Etagen, so hat jeder seinen Freiraum.

PS: Es handelt sich um eine Wohngemeinschaft keine einzelne Wohnung. Ich suche neue Mitbewohner. Das WG-Zimmer kostet 500€ +600€ Kaution
