looking for a room for the beginning of April

Dear future flatmate/flatmates,

My name is Fran. I am male and I am 29 years old. I come from Spain (Barcelona). I am arriving at Chemnitz on April 4th to start a PhD at the Chemnitz University of Technology.

I would like to find a room in a shared house. I would like a quite place where I can study. Good internet connection is also important for me.

I am a clean, quiet, nice and friendly guy. I like having my own space to relax, read books and study. Also, I like socializing with people, cooking, drinking tea, doing sport and watching films among other things. So, I would love sharing the house with nice people with who I can enjoy the small moments of the day and have my own quiet space.

My English is good: I studied a master degree (msc) in England. However, my German is one month old and I would like to improve it.

In principle, I would like a house with not to many people as I am worried that there will be a queue for the shower every morning. Also, I am open to live with just one person. Please, let me know if you need more information.

If you know about a good room for me, please let me know. I would be happy of arranging a meeting to see the house.
