Das Zimmer ist groß und auch hell durch die 4 Fenster :-)
Die Möbel können gerne kostenlos übernommen werden. Dazu gehören ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, ein Regal, ein Sessel und ein kleiner Fernseher
Die Mietkosten von 270€ enthalten alle NK sowie Strom- und Heizkosten.
Die WG ist zentral und sehr nah am Hauptgebäude der Uni (2 min zu Fuß). Auch weitere Institute sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (Mathe, Physik, jegliche chemische Institute usw.).
Die große Küche sowie das Wohnzimmer bieten sich sehr gut an, um Freunde einzuladen :-) gerne haben wir hier Filme- und Spieleabende als auch WG-Partys veranstaltet.
Mit einer WG-App werden die anfallenden Kosten sowie der Putzplan organisiert.
