Wunderschöner grüner Ausblick. :-)
Sie befindet sich in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit sehr lieben Nachbarn.
Möbel bleiben alle drin, also Sie könnten die Wohnung für den Zeitraum genau so nutzen, wie sie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.
Das Haus liegt auf halber Höhe des Klinikum-Berges. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt fast vor der Haustüre und 2x die Stunde fährt ein Bus in die Innenstadt (weniger als 10min Fahrzeit). Auch zwei weitere Haltestellen sind zu Fuß in ca. 5min erreichbar. Zum Klinikum sind es nur weniger Minuten zu Fuß, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Dm und Tedi sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich bevorzuge eine weibliche Zwischenmieterin, gerne auch eine Studentin. (Für Paare wäre die Wohnung aber auch groß genug)
Tiere sind leider nicht erwünscht, da ich allergisch bin.:-(
Ich würde mich freuen wenn ich einen netten Zwischenmieter finde, der auf meine Wohnung aufpasst während ich nicht da bin. :-)
