The 15m^2 room available. The room is partly furnished for a reasonable fee (Desk, mini carpet, 4x4 ikea kallax ,new 6 month mattress will stay). It has a nice window view without any kind of noise. You will have a nice sleep here. It also takes a lot of light so you will wake up refreshed!
There is a kitchen that you can use with a large fridge. The bathroom is quite nice with a bathtub. Here, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine without any extra cost.
Edeka and Rewe is 8min by walk. There is a bus stop in front of the WG which takes 10 mins to go adli, lidl, a large Rewe center with everything you need.
It has a great connectivity. Sbahn is just 4 mins by walk which take you to Hbf, Marienplatz or Ostbahnhof in less than 30 mins.
Regional trains also stops there. You can go to hbf by them in 15mins.
For TUM students, there is a X201 express bus that goes direktly to Garching. In a comportable 40 min bus drive, you can get to your classes.
You will have one roommate, Utku. He is a nice Turkish guy. He cooks very well and time to time we share foods and drink coffee over a nice talk.
