You will rent the complete attic area, which is divided into two rooms - the outer part is a storage room with covered storage spaces. The storage room leads to the main spacious living room with 5 windows. Its very airy and full of natural light. The kitchen, toilet and the common room are in the first floor. The shower equipped with the washing machine can be found in the basement. We have a small garden at the back with nice trees and a seating area. The garden also has enough spaces for bike storage.
The house is located at a pragmatic location. The bus stop Windmühle is located at 4 minutes distance. The train station, university, Herrn garten, as well as the city center are all within a radius of 2 kms. There are several supermarkets (2 Rewes, Penny, Lidl, Tegut and Netto) all within 10 minutes reach.
We are a shared house with working people. Currently there are two flatmates working in companies, while the third one is working towards her PhD. On weekdays we are usually busy with work until evening and the house quiets down at night. In our free times, together we are sometimes eating together, watching movies with our beamer in the common room or having a chat when we meet each other in the kitchen/common room. However, we get our required quiet times and privacy, whenever needed. We have a cleaning schedule to keep our common areas (kitchen, common room, shower room, staircase) clean.
