Das Zimmer hat ca. 14qm und mit Wohnfläche unter Dachschrägen (Flächen mit Dachschräge unter 1.5m) an die 16/18qm.
Es gibt 1 Fenster; eins Richtung Orangerie und eins zur Bessungerstraße.
Es ist ruhig und verfügt über 1 Heizungen.
Im Sommer kann man bei offenen Fenster Konzerten in der Orangerie lauschen oder aus dem anderen Fenster perfekt die schönen Sonnenuntergänge bewundern.

The room has approx. 14sqm and with living space under sloping ceilings (areas with sloping ceilings under 1.5m) around 16/18sqm.
There is 1 window; one towards the Orangerie and one towards Bessungerstraße.
It is quiet and has 1 heater.
In summer you can listen to concerts in the Orangerie with the window open or admire the beautiful sunsets from the other window.
Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und verfügt über einen wundervollen Ausblick in den Orangerie-Garten. Direkt vor der Orangerie lässt sich die Station für die S-Bahn Linie 3 finden, ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt (hört man jedoch nicht!). Apotheke, Bäckerei, Bücherhandlung, Post, Copyshop, Supermärkte (auch ein Unverpacktladen) und sind alle innerhalb von 2 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einige davon befinden sich sogar direkt vor der Haustüre. Jeden Freitag findet sogar der Bessunger Markt in der Orangerie statt.
In die Innenstadt läuft man nur 1,5km, aber selbst die Straßenbahnlinie Drei hält vor der Haustüre, wodurch man generell super angebunden ist.

The room is south-facing and has a wonderful view of the Orangerie garden. Directly in front of the Orangerie is the station for the S-Bahn line 3, about 50 meters from the house (but you can't hear it!). Pharmacy, bakery, bookshop, post office, copy store, supermarkets (including an unpackaged store) are all within a 2 to 10 minute walk. Some of them are even right on the doorstep. Every Friday there is even the Bessung market in the Orangerie.
The city center is only a 1.5 km walk away, but even streetcar line three stops right outside the front door, which means you are generally very well connected.
Die WG hat die zwei besten Mitbewohnerinnen, die man sich vorstellen kann. Annika (Data Scientist/Master Studentin) ist 27 Jahre alt während Aron (Nachhatligkeitsberatung/Student) 24 Jahre alt ist. Gerne sitzen wir mal auf ein Glas Wein zusammen oder kochen etwas zusammen, jedoch wird deine Privatsphäre absolut respektiert und du darfst dich jederzeit zurück ziehen, wenn du dich danach fühlst. Liebend gerne vereinbaren wir ein (Online) Termin, damit du dir ein besseres Bild von der WG und ihren Bewohnern machen kannst. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören!

The flat share has the two best flatmates imaginable. Alex (film industry/student) is 2 years old, while Aron (after-hours counseling/student) is 24 years old. We like to sit together for a glass of wine or cook something together, but your privacy is absolutely respected and you can withdraw at any time if you feel like it. We would be happy to arrange an (online) appointment so that you can get a better picture of the flat share and its residents. We look forward to hearing from you!
