Ich ziehe ab Ende August 2015 aus meinem schönen Zimmer aus, das ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer wird UNMÖBLIERT sein. Die Lage ist gut. Hier ist es ruhig. Man läuft ca 5min zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle und 15min in die Innenstadt (Luisenplatz oder Schloss). Die WG ist eine fröhlich gemischte WG. Wir sind ein wenig international. Du wirst hier auf russische, kroatische, georgische und brasilianische Mitbewohner stoßen. Wir sitzen auch gerne mal abends beisammen und trinken ein Bierchen, spielen Karten oder reden einfach nur. Die Atmosphäre ist hier angenehm und man hat trotz der vielen Mitbewohner auch eine Privatsphäre ;) Allerdings gibt es nur ein Badezimmer, was jedoch überhaupt nicht so problematisch ist, wie es auf den ersten Blick erscheint!

I move out by the en of August 2015, because I will study abroad for a year. The room will be left WITHOUT furniture. The apartment is located in a quiet and agreeable area. It takes around 5min to reach the next tram station and avout 15min to go into the city centre (Luisenplatz or Schloss). The WG (flatshare) is a merrily mixed bunch of people. You will have russian, croatian, georgian and brasilian flatmates. We like to sit together and drink a beer, play cards or simply talk. The atmosphere is good and even if we're 7 people in the flat, you still can have your privacy ;) We only have one bathroom, but it isn't a problem after all.
