Das Zimmer hat 11 qm, Fenster Richtung Westen (Abendsonne) und ist voll eingerichtet (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl).
Es ist direkt an das große Wohnzimmer angebunden. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Toilette und ein Bad, sodass es auch für fünf Leute genug Möglichkeiten gibt.
Der Balkon ist direkt am Wohnzimmer und kann natürlich auch benutzt werden.

The room is about 10 m² big and has windows to the west, so you get sun in the evening. It is already furnished (bed, closet, shelf, desk, chair) and the door opens directly to the big living room. The flat has a bathroom and a separate toilet and the balcony can be used too.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Studentenwohnheim gelegen, im Moment ist es ruhig und es gibt viel Natur in der Umgebung.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, dm, Alnatura, Farbenkrauth Baumarkt) und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nicht weit entfernt (8-10 min zu Fuß)

The flat is located in the student dormitories, right now the surroundings are calm and you can find a lot of nature close by. There are many opportunities to go shopping (multiple supermarkets, drugstore, hardware market and the public transport is also easy to get to ( 8-10 min by foot).
