Ich suche eine:n Mitbewohner:in zur Zwischenmiete ab 15. Mai - alternativ auch ab 01. Juni. Das Zimmer ist bis Anfang Oktober frei, evtl. auch länger.
Wieso so vage? Aktuell ist noch nicht klar, ob ich in Darmstadt bleibe oder ob mein Partner im Oktober nach Darmstadt zieht - hier würde ich mich zeitnah mit dir besprechen!
Je nach Bedarf können wir das Zimmer mit Bett und Kommode für dich bereit stellen oder du richtest es nach deinem Gusto ein.
Wir wohnen 3 Minuten Fußweg zu den Straßenbahnlinien 3 "Weinbergstraße" und der 8,1,6,7 und R Bus "Landskronstraße", also perfekt angebunden um zum Hauptbahnhof, Stadt oder Uni zu kommen.
Genauso nah sind Alnatura, Rewe, DM, Aldi und Penny.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind beste Freundinnen und doch wir haben einen sehr unterschiedlichen Lebensalltag. Sie arbeitet viel Unterwegs und ich hauptsächlich im Home Office, was sich demnächst jedoch etwas ändert.
Im Zusammenleben ist mir ein respektvolle Umgang und ein guter Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig.
Was das allgemeine Zusammenleben angeht bin ich entspannt - Kaffee auf dem Balkon, einen Film schauen oder was leckeres kochen - alles kann nichts muss.
