Hi 👋 ich mache ein Praktikum im Ausland und vermiete für diese Zeit mein WG Zimmer. Es ist ein großes, möbliertes Zimmer mit französischem Balkon im 4. Stock. Die WG ist über zwei Etagen verteilt (jeweils zwei Zimmer und ein Bad pro Etage). Ich würde Dir außerdem folgende Möbel zur Nutzung überlassen:
- Bett (140x200)
- Großer Schrank
- Kommode
- Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl
- Bücherregal
- Fernseher
Wir haben außerdem zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und mit dem gesamten Haus (zwei weitere Parteien) wird sich Waschmaschine und Trockner geteilt.

Hi 👋 I'm doing an internship abroad and I'm renting out my shared room for this time. It is a large, furnished room with a tiny balcony on the 4th floor. The WG is spread over two floors (two rooms and one bathroom per floor). I would also let you use the following furniture:
- bed (140x200)
- Big waredrobe
- Desk and desk chair
- Bookshelf
- TV
We also have two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer is shared with the entire house (two other parties).
Unser WG Leben ist ganz entspannt, mal sitzen wir zusammen in der Küche, kochen und essen zusammen oder unternehmen auch mal was. Unter der Woche ist es eher ruhig da alle mit Studium und Job beschäftigt sind. Christoph und Ani sind erst vor kurzem in die WG gezogen. Flavia (und ich) leben schon mehr als drei Jahre zusammen hier.

Our WG life is very relaxed, sometimes we sit together in the kitchen, cook and eat together or do something together. During the week it is rather quiet because everyone is busy with their studies and job. Christoph and Ani only recently moved into the flat share. Flavia (and I) have been living here together for more than three years
Ein- und Auszug Datum sind etwas flexibel. Falls es nicht genau passt, können wir vielleicht ne Lösung finden.
Nebenkosten sind pauschal und inkludieren eigentlich alles außer GEZ.
