Das Zimmer ist 10m2 groß und es ist dank eines großen Fensters richtig hell. Da die Wohnung ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon hat, hat man ganz viel Platz.
Die Möbel und die Matratze lasse ich ins Zimmer und alle meine Sachen räume ich weg.
Die Miete von 340 Euro ist all inklusive! Also mit Strom, Heizung und sogar Internet.
Das Zimmer ist von 01.09 bis 30.09 verfügbar. Ein früherer Einzugstermin, ab jetzt wäre auch möglich.

The room is 10m2 and it is really bright thanks to a large window. Since the apartment has a huge living room and a balcony, you have a lot of space.
I leave the furniture and the mattress in the room and I take all my stuff away.
The rent of 340 euros is ALL INCLUSIVE! So with electricity, heating and even the Internet.
The room is available from 01.09 to 30.09. An earlier move-in date, from now on would also be possible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim in der Lincoln-Siedlung.
Um die Ecke findet man alles was man braucht : ALDI, DM, REWE, Tankstelle, Alnatura und ein Baumarkt erreicht man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein großer Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
Man hat auch zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen um die Ecke (Landskronstraße und Lincoln Siedlung) und zum Südbahnhof sind es auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt, ungefähr genauso lange dauert es mit der Bahn.

The apartment is located in a student dormitory in the Lincoln settlement.
Around the corner you will find everything you need: ALDI, DM, REWE, gas station, Alnatura. A large parking lot is right outside the door.
There are also two tram stops around the corner (Landskronstraße and Lincoln Siedlung) and the Südbahnhof is also just a 10-minute walk away. By bike you can be in the city in 10 minutes, it takes about the same time by train.
Du wirst mit Enrico und Lea zusammen wohnen. Die beiden sind sehr nett und freundlich, öfter mal gemeinsam essen oder etwas unternehmen, eventuell könntest du auch dazu schließen.
Außerdem legen sie viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und haben eine wöchentliche Putzplan, mit dem du auch einverstanden sein solltest.
