Ich (24) und meine Mitbewohnerin(25) suchen nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin oder einem Mitbewohner für unsere 3-er WG in der Darmstädter Innenstadt. Das Zimmer wird zum 01.11, auf Absprache auch früher, frei. Uns ist wichtig, dass wir jemanden finden, der queer-freundlich oder selber queer ist und es wäre schön, wenn ihr darauf in Eurer Nachricht Bezug nehmt, damit wir wissen, Ihr habt das hier auch gelesen. Ansonsten suchen wir einfach jemanden, der hier rein passt und sich an Absprachen wie einen Putzplan halten kann. ^^
Das Zimmer ist auf der Nordseite der Wohnung, direkt neben dem Bad, es gibt ein großes Fenster in Richtung Norden, weg von der Straße. Es wird bei der Übernahme teilmöbliert sein, wenn ihr die Sachen nicht behalten wollt könnt ihr sie aber auch entsorgen, genaueres dann gerne per Chat oder beim Casting.
Aktuell haben wir nur ein Bild von dem Zimmer um das es geht, da unser aktueller Mitbewohner noch nicht fertig ausgezogen ist, die Bilder liefern wir sobald es geht hier oder per PN.

Me (24) and my roommate (25) are looking for a new roommate for our 3-bedroom apartment in Darmstadt city center. The room will be available from November 1st, and possibly earlier upon agreement. It's important to us to find someone who is queer-friendly or identifies as queer. It would be great if you could reference this in your message, so we know you've read this. Otherwise, we're simply looking for someone who fits in and can adhere to agreements, like e.g. a cleaning schedule. ^^
The room is located on the north side of the apartment, right next to the bathroom, with a large window facing north, away from the street. It will come partially furnished upon takeover, but if you don't wish to keep the furniture, you can dispose of it. We can provide more details through chat or during the interview.
Currently, we only have one picture of the room in question as our current roommate hasn't completely moved out yet. We'll provide pictures as soon as possible here or via private message.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Haus ist an der Ecke Hügelstraße und Saalbaustraße, direkt beim Staatstheater. ÖPNV, Supermärkte, beide Unis und eigentlich alles relevante in der Stadt lässt sich gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Dafür ist parken allerdings die Hölle. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung gibt es keinerlei kostenfreie Parkplätze. Wer sein Auto nicht regelmäßig braucht oder das Geld für einen Parkplatz hat sollte allerdings keine Probleme haben :D

The location is very central, the house is at the corner of Hügelstraße and Saalbaustraße, right by the State Theater. Public transportation, supermarkets, both universities, and pretty much everything relevant in the city can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
However, parking is a nightmare. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are no free parking spots whatsoever. If you don't need your car regularly or have the budget for a parking space, you shouldn't have any problems though. :D
Wir beide sind sehr gut befreundet, kochen meist zusammen und machen auch so recht viel zusammen. Wie du dich in die WG einbeziehen willst bleibt aber im großen und ganzen dir überlassen. Du kannst dich gern beim Kochen oder anderen Dingen anschließen, wenn du dich erstmal einleben willst und viel Zeit für dich brauchst ist das aber natürlich auch kein Problem.
Der Rest ergibt sich beim Casting oder wenn es soweit ist :)

Both of us are very close friends, we usually cook together and spend a lot of time together. However, how you want to get involved in the shared living situation is mostly up to you. You're welcome to join us for cooking or other activities, but if you need some time to settle in and have your own space, that's absolutely fine as well, for example.
The rest will become clear during the interview or when the time comes :)
Also wie gesagt, wir legen am meisten Wert auf Toleranz und ein grundlegendes Verständnis zwischen uns.
