Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und ist sehr gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Zu Fuß dauert es 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle (Hilperstraße). Mit dem Bus erreicht man Luisenplatz in 15 Minuten. Zusätzlich sind sowohl die Hochschule Darmstadt als auch der Hauptbahnhof von Darmstadt mit dem Fahrrad in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area and boasts excellent access to public transportation. It´s a 5-minute walk to the Hilperstraße bus stop. The Luisenplatz can be reached by bus in 15 minutes. Moreover, both the Darmstadt University and the main train station of Darmstadt are just a 10-minute bike ride away.
Ich ziehe aus und suche nach einem oder einer Untervermieterin zum 01.02.2024. Du würdest mit Sebastian zusammen wohnen. Er arbeitet Vollzeit verbringt in seiner Freizeit viel Zeit mit seinen Freunden wie Kartespielen, Bouldern, Fahrrad fahren...
Wichtig ist uns das Thema Sauberkeit, sodass man sich in der WG wohlfühlt. Dass jeder hinter sich aufräumt und sauber macht, sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Wir haben keinen Putzplan, sondern bauen darauf, dass jeder einen Sinn dafür hat, wenn irgendwo was zu tun ist und dementsprechend handelt.

I'm moving out and looking for a subletter starting on 01/02/2024. You'd be sharing the place with Sebastian. He works full-time and spends his leisure time with friends, engaging in activities like playing card games, bouldering, and cycling.
Cleanliness is important to us to ensure a comfortable living environment in the shared space. It's expected that everyone cleans up after themselves as a basic rule. We don't have a cleaning schedule; instead, we rely on everyone having a sense of what needs to be done and acting accordingly.
