I will be on holiday for this period, and hence you can get the room for 12 days. It's located just 3-5 walk to bus and tram stations. Rewe, Penny, Netto, and Tegut around 50m distance. Everything is furnished from room to kitchen. There is only one person with whom you will be sharing kitchen and bathroom. The space is quite big and there is balcony next to the room where you can smoke and do things around. There are plants as well if you want to water them sometimes. All the utensils in the kitchen can be used unless you want to ruin them for no good reason. If you feel this is the room in which you can spend these days, then that's for you.
