Wir sind eine nette und fröhliche Wohngemeinschaft (2 Männer, zweisprachig) in der Dolivostraße und suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner. aber lieber eine/n der/die Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und nicht raucht.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit Keller. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, wir haben eine eigene Waschmaschine.
Das Stadtviertel ist hier recht ruhig, wenn du ein Auto hast, sind hier in der Nähe genug Parkplätze. 12 Minuten zu Fuß von hier entfernt sind die Supermärkte Penny/Rewe/Tegut/MCFIT, 14 Minuten zu Fuß der Hauptbahnhof. Für die Busverbindung gehen wir immer zum Straßenbahn-/Bus Station/Haltestelle Kasinostraße(5 min). Wir sind direkt vor einem Nudel-/Pizza-/...Restaurant (Essen kann auch zum Mitnehmen).
die komplette Warmmiete wäre 440€ inklusive allem (Internet/Wasser/Strom/Heizung...)

We are a nice and joyful living community (2 males, bilingual), located in Dolivostraße and we are seeking a new roommate. but rather someone who values cleanliness and does not smoke.
The flat is fully equipped, with basement. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have our own washing machine.
The city-quarter here is quite calm, if you own a car, there are sufficient parkin lots near the house. 12 minutes by foot from here is a penny/rewe/tegut/mcfit supermarkets, 14 minutes by foot the Hauptbahnhof/central train station.for the bus connection we always go to the kasinostraße tram/bus station (5 min). we directly in front of a noodles/Pizza/... restaurant(food also to go).
The complete rent would be €440 including everything (internet/water/electricity/heating...)
