Hallo lieber Leser,
da ich im Februar 2010 in Köln ein Praktikum machen möchte und mein Zimmer leer steht möchte ich es gerne für 6 Wochen vermieten.
Meine Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet d.h mit Stereo, Fernseh, kleinem Bad, gemütlichen Bett etc., liegt Zentral in Darmstadt (5Minuten Gehweg zum Luisenplatz, Alnatura, Plus um die Ecke und nur 10 Minuten zum HBF!).
Die Küche wird sich mit meinen 22 Mitbewohnern geteilt, die alle ihre eigenen Zimmer haben und gerne mal zusammen kochen, ins Kino gehen, unten Fernseh schauen oder weggehen.
Wir sind rücksichtsvoll und wohnen gerne zusammen.
Falls dich das nicht abschreckt und du es dir einfach anschauen willst- es ist eine Erfahrung!:) Komm vorbei.
P.S: Die Kaution erhebe ich, da ich mich irgendwie absichern möchte.Hoffe du verstehst das.Bekommst du natürlich umgehenst zurück.Danke.
