Hallo lieber Suchender,
Ab sofort habe ich ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber es gibt viel Platz in einem breitem Flur und der geräumigen Küche und wenn die Sonne scheint ist es schön auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken...Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Gasherd und Ofen, einem großen Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine und Trockner, was wir natürlich alles zusammen nutzen.
Gute Lage in Bessungen nahe der Heidelbergerstr. ca. 3min Fußweg zu den Straßenbahnlienen 7, 8, 6 und 1. Und ca.8 min bis zur 3.
Da ich viel arbeite, bin ich nicht viel zuhause.
Bitte auf englisch oder spanisch antworten, da ich aus Argentinien kommen und noch nicht so gut deutsch spreche.

I currently have an free room in my apartment. The apartment is newly painted and in good shape. The room has 10 sqrtm and there is also more space in the corridor and in the kitchen. During sunny days you can also have breakfast at the balcony. The kitchen is equiped with oven stove, frigde , washer and dryer.
The apartment is lokated in the glourios neighbourhood of bessungen and just one block from the tramstation Bessungerstr.( Tram 1, 6, 7, 8 )
