Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für meine renovierte 3-Zimmer Altbauwohnung(Jugendstil). Sie liegt in Bessungen, ist 74 qm groß, Bodenbelag Fliesen und Laminat. Das freie Zimmer (ca. 18 qm)hat einen kleinen Balkon und ist ruhig und hell. Ich (32), Nichtraucherin, bewohne die Wohnung mit meinem 9-jährigen, unkomplizierten Sohn, der am Wochenende und auch teilweise unter der Woche regelmässig bei seinem Vater ist. Rückzugsmöglichkeit und Ruhe ist also absolut möglich. Ausserdem erwarte ich von meiner Mitbewohnerin keinerlei Babysitteraktivitäten. Die Miete incl. NK, Strom und Heizung beträgt 380 €.
