Ich ziehe zum 1. Januar 2011 aus und suche einen Nachmieter. Es handelt sich um ein helles Zimmer mit toller Aussicht in einer 6-er WG mit gemeinsamer, RIESIGER Wohnküche im Studentenwohnheim Karlshof (Gebäude 6A, WG 131). Du musst also Student/Studentin sein. Die WG liegt ziemlich weit oben, es gibt aber einen Aufzug. Monatlich zahle ich 222,50 € Miete, wobei Internet schon mit einberechnet ist. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wobei der Hausmeister die Möblierung auf Wunsch auch entfernt.
Meine Mitbewohner sind total nett und kontaktfreudig. Die Kontaktadresse ist die von Erika, einer meiner Mitbewohnerinnen, denn schließlich ist es wichtig, dass ihr euch kennenlernt. Schreibt ihr einfach und komm vorbei und stell dich vor.
