Hallo,
ich vergebe ein möbiliertes zimmer in meinem haus in der Kölner Str. in Darmstadt in der nähe vom Hauptbahnhof.Es ist eine Zweck WG für denjenigen der das Zimmer braucht .
Das zimmer ist ca. 14 qm gross ,ist möbiliert und hat Internetzugang .Es ist eine ruhige wohnlage.
Die Küche Kann mitbenutzt werden von morgens bis max. 21 Uhr ,ansonsten gibt es eine gäste dusche und ein gäste wc.......
Vergeben wird das Zimmer auch Wochenweise(miete ist dann gestaffelt also teurer pro Woche )oder Monatsweise .
Die Bushaltestelle (F-BUS) ist 1 gehmin entfernt.Man brauch 4 min.bis zum Hauptbahnhof mit dem bus und ca.8 min. zum Luisenplatz Stadtmitte.
!!!!!!!!!!Da es von privat vergeben wird ist privater besuch in unserem Haus nicht erlaubt ohne ausnahme (schlechte erfahrung)!!!!!!!!.

Ein hausschlüssel gibt es auch damit man unabhängig ist.
Kaution ist nicht nötig.keine Kündigungsfrist.
der F-bus hällt unmittelbar vor der tür. 4 min zum hauptbahnhof und 8 min zum luisenplatz (stadtmitte)mit dem bus.
schöne ruhige wohngegend direkt am wald.
einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am hauptbahnhof.bäcker und döner bistro sind auch paar gehmin entfernt.
mitbewohner sind meine mutter und mein bruder (25).Beide sind berufstätig.
