wir suchen einen Nachmieter fuer Matias. Alternativ auch nur zur Zwischenmiete fuer den Zeitraum vom 16.Juli 2011 bis 31. Maerz 2012. Wir waeren aber auch flexibel, wenn du das Zimmer ein paar Tage/Wochen weniger nimmst...
Das Zimmer ist mit einer Matratze, einem Tisch, Stuehlen und einem Schrank ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat ein grosses Fenster und direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Ausserdem ist es perfekt geschnitten, also fast quadratisch.
Der Preis betraegt warm 198 Euro, da ist dann auch alles drin (auch Strom und Internet/Telefonflat).
Matias zieht fuer kurze Zeit weg. Mit Nici, Caro und Alex bleiben dir nette Mitbewohner, die gern auch mal fuer einen Plausch bei Kaffee, Bier oder Wein zu haben sind. Unser Zusammenleben ist ungezwungen aber nett.
