Vier- Zimmer- Wohnung, die zwischen drei Leuten geteilt wird. Schöne Wohnung ganz in der Nähe von Stadtmitte, Mathildenhöhe, TU. Küchen-, Essplatz-,Balkonmitbenutzung, Bad . Fahrradraum.
Ich bin die Vermieterin (Musikerin) und lebe hier mit meinem 17- jährigen Sohn . Das Zimmer hat ein Schlafsofa, einen Einbauschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ist sehr sonnig. Jeder lebt hier sein eigenes Leben, Gemeinsam kochen ist mal möglich aber nicht die Regel. Gerne spontane Gespräche, Hilfe bei Fragen zu Behörden etc. Besuche müssen abgesprochen werden.
Das Zimmer kann auch schon ab 24.8.16 gemietet werden.
Die Mietdauer geht mindestens bis Jahresende und höchstens für das Wintersemester.
Wir freuen uns auf einen neuen Mitbewohner!
