Das Zimmer ist möbliert, hat also alles was man braucht um sofort einzuziehen(Tisch, Bett mit Matraze, Schrank).
Die WG liegt in der 6.Etage und es gibt einen neuen Aufzug.
Falls was kaputt geht oder euch nicht gefällt kommt der Hausmeister und repariert es gratis oder ihr könnt neue Möbel beantragen.
Der Karlshof liegt TU nah 15 min zu Fuss und hat eine Bushaltestelle (Linie H) 2 min entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Penny und Rewe.
Momentan wohnen 3 Jungs in den anderen Zimmern, 2 aus Marokko und einer aus Tunesien, alle können auch deutsch.
Wichtig: Hier dürfen nur eingeschriebene Studenten der TUD und h_DA wohnen.
Da meine Mitbewohner nicht sehr wählerisch sind und ich diese Woche noch mit dem neuen Mieter zum Studentenwerk gehen muss,
wird am Mittwoch entschieden.
