Meine sehr komfortable 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (77m2/Erstbezug) liegt in Darmstadts Verlagsviertel, ganz in h_da-Nähe. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist – mit ca. 11m2 – klein aber fein, mit antikem Weichholzschrank, Arbeitstisch, einem bestens erhaltenen Perserteppich und einem verstellbaren Schubladenbett aus Massivholz. Zur Wohnung gehören auch ein Balkon, ein großes Badezimmer (mit Wanne) und ein Abstellraum, der als begehbare Garderobe mitbenutzt werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich englische Stilmöbel, viele Bücher, Decken, Plaids und kleine Antiquitäten. Meinen MitbewohnerInnen stehen ebenfalls viele schöne Teesachen, Weinzubehör, hochwertiges Geschirr und Besteck sowie Gläser für alle Anlässe zur Verfügung. Bäckerei, Waschsalon, Reinigung, ein russischer Lebensmittelmarkt und verschiedene Discounter sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof und der Flughafen-Bus „Airliner“ sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mein Angebot richtet sich vor allem an gesetzte und berufstätige Personen, die in ihrem Wohnquartier Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Falls gewünscht, kann ich Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bademantel usw. stellen. Tiere, die nicht aus Stoff sind, kann ich Allergie bedingt leider nicht beherbergen.

My 3-room flat-share (77m2) is situated in Darmstadt’s “Publishers’ Quarter” (Verlagsviertel) and is within easy walking distance of the “Airliner”, the non-stop express bus to Frankfurt Airport (approx. 20 min. journey). Several car-sharing pools to the Airport also depart in the vicinity. The room I’m sub-letting is approx. 11m2 in size and very tastefully furnished. The flat itself is brand new, with a spacious balcony and bathroom, cellar and bicycle cellar. The city centre, main station, launderette, dry-cleaners etc. are all within comfortable walking distance. The excellent train connections to Frankfurt (18 min.) make Darmstadt very popular with commuters who work in Frankfurt’s city centre. Commuters from many districts in the east and north of Frankfurt have longer commuting times.
My flat-sharing offer is aimed primarily at professionals who seek rest and regeneration in their living-quarters and are considerate and cultivated. I can supply bed linens, towels, bathrobe etc. where desired.
