Ich suche eine Zwischenmieterin für mein möbeliertes, sehr helles Zimmer. Der Einzugstermin soll etwa der 15.06. sein. Der Mietzeitraum ist auch etwas flexibel, ca. 3-6 Monate. Die gesamte Miete inkl. Strom, Telefon und allem anderen beträgt 300€. Das Zimmer ist ca. 4m x 3,5m, der angrenzende Balkon ist 1,5m x 3,5m. Das Zimmer wird mit mindestens einer Klapcoutch und einem Kleiderschrank (weiß) übergeben, evtl. auch weitere weiße Möbel. Es ist ein heller Laminat verlegt und die Wände sind in baige und einem schönen, ruhigen lila gestrichen. In der Küche steht eine Spülmaschiene, im Bad gibt es Tageslicht, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschiene.
Sehr central.
ÖPNV: Hatestellen Rhein-Neckarstr.(1Min zu Fuß) und Kasinostr.(3Min.) sind sehr nahe! Es faheren also: F, H, K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 5513, 5515, 671, 672, 673, 674, 675, 677, 678, 681, 682, 684, 693, Bus K 55, K 56, K 85
Die Mitbewohnerin ist Architektin und sehr nett! Sie ist nicht sehr oft Zuhause (3-5 Tage in der Woche), aber wenn sie da ist und man es will, kannman mit ihr gut quatschen oder was unternehemen, sie ist aber nicht aufdringlich oder so.
