Also das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² groß und liegt nach vorne hin zur Straße. Es hat ein großes Fenster und dadurch ist es sehr hell. Ich würde einen Schrank drin lassen, der übernommen werden soll. Momentan ist das Zimmer noch farbig gestrichen, aber das kann ja verändert werden.
In den 280 Euro Miete ist alles enthalten (Strom, Internet etc.)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Mit Bahn und Bussen ist man in ca. 3 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in der Stadt max in 10 Minuten. Man kann aber auch locker mal laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller sein. Die Haltestelle von Bus und Bahn kann man in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Du würdest mit Kaspar und Lars zusammenziehen. Beide studieren an der FH und sind 24 Jahre alt. Aber am besten lernt ihr euch bei einem Casting kennen!! Sind aber beide sehr nett und offen.
Ansonsten besteht das Haus aus anderen Studenten-WGs. Man kann also unbeschwert auch mal ne Party feiern. Sogar ganze Hauspartys :)
