Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß, und hat einen Balkonzugang mit Balkonrichtung nach Süden. Das Zimmer kostet 446EUR warm (alle Kosten enthalten, ausser Internet und Telefon) + 15EUR Telefon (Festnetz-Flat) mit schnellem Internet, was extra gezahlt werden muss.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, sehr Zentral, und alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle "Jugendstilbad" ist vor der Haustür, 10-15 Minuten zum Hbf. Zur Fuß ist die Stadt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Woog ist auch 5-10 Min. zu erreichen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in alles Richtungen, Netto, Rewe, Aldi.
Die Bewohner der WG sind beide Berufstätig und daher den ganzen Tag unterwegs, Abends treffen sie sich aber gerne mal gemeinsam in die Stadt oder in die Küche etwas kochen.
