Your room is 15m ^ 2 in size and has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The apartment consists of four single rooms, a large living / dining area, two showers and a toilet. In addition, we have a storage room in the attic of the building, also used for drying the laundry. On the same floor you will find washing machines and drying machines.
Your room is partly furnished (bed, mattress, shelves, desk, chair, curtains & wardrobe). You can use this stuff if you want to!

Unsere Mitbewohnerin Anna verlässt uns zum 30.04.2014 und wir suchen ab dem 01.04.2014 eine nette und sympathische Mitbewohnerin, die an mehr als nur einer Zweck-WG interessiert ist.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung eine Gesamtfläche von 105qm.
Dein Zimmer ist 15m^2 groß und hat zwei Fenster (eins davon ist eine Glastür). Es wird möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Einzelzimmern und einem großen Wohn/Essbereich mit Balkon. Zusätzlich teilen wir uns jeweils zu zweit ein Bad mit Dusche und gemeinsam eine Toilette. Darüber hinaus haben wir unter dem Dach einen Abstellraum zum Trocknen der Wäsche. Dort stehen auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert (Bett, Matratze, Regale, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Gardinen & Kleiderschrank. Bei Bedarf können die Sachen genutzt werden, muss aber nicht.
The bus stop for the line H is only 2 minutes away and the Südbahnhof 5 minutes away. There are several supermarkets situated in very close distance from our flat (Aldi: placed directly in front of our building; Rewe, Real, Penny & Lidl: 2 - 5 minutes away)
By bike you can get to the TU (Technische Universitat Darmstadt) in about 15 minutes. It takes even less time to get to Darmstadt Hochschule- around 5 min by bike.
Die Haltestelle des H-Busses ist 2 Gehminuten, der Südbahnhof 5 Minunten entfernt. Direkt vor unserer Haustür ist ein Aldi und alle weiteren Supermärkte (Rewe, Real, Penny & Lidl) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Min Fußweg).
Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten zur Uni.
We like to occasionally party and we love doing sports (running ,football, etc.).
We share a big balcony with our neighbours, who are also students and with whom we get along really well.
Just come for visit, see the room and fell in love with us ;)
Wir haben ein super entspanntes WG-Leben, machen viel gemeinsam, kochen, gehen gelegentlich feiern und machen liebend gerne Sport (Laufen, Fußball, ..). Wir sind bei allem dabei, gleichzeitig kann man sich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen.
Ansonsten teilen wir uns noch unseren Balkon mit der Nachbar WG, mit denen wir super auskommen. Kommt einfach zur Besichtigung vorbei Ihr werden uns schon lieben lernen ;)
