ich studiere Mechatronik in Darmstadt und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für meine WG.
Die Wohnung hat ca 45m² und ist ausgestattet mit allen möglichen Standards die man so braucht, von Gefrierschrank bis Staubsauger ist alles da. Die Wohnung ist also gut ausgestattet.
Am besten kommt ihr einfach vorbei, seht euch die Wohnung an und wir lernen uns kennen.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Darmstadt und man kann innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu den öff. Verkehrsmitteln. Einkaufen oder zur Uni gehen ist daher eine sache von Minuten.
Liegt dem Hauptbahnhof sehr nahe, man ist entweder in 6 min zu Fuß dort oder innerhalb von ca 2 min mit Bus/Bahn. Zur Stadtmitte (Luisenplatz) brauchst du nur eine Station.
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt und Freundschaftlich, es wäre super wenn man auch mal abends gemütlich was unternimmt oder auch mal quatschen kann.
Naturlich sind Freunde oder Partner immer gestattet.
Ich selber bin ein entspannter Typ mit dem man über alles reden kann, also falls etwas stört oder nicht okay ist immer raus damit =)
Hoffe ich finde auf diesem Weg eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner/in und würde mich freuen wenn sich jemand finden lässt.
Ob Student, Azubi oder Berufstätig, das ist egal. Mir ist wichtig dass man sich gut versteht und miteinander reden kann.
Also wenn dir die Wohnung gefällt und du Interesse hast würde ich mich sehr über eine Nachricht freuen.
