Ich ziehe aus meiner gemütlichen WG aus!
In dieser WG, die sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus befindet, wohnen zur Zeit zwei Mädels (ich und Tugba, 26 Jahre alt). In dem Haus befinden sich 2 Parteien und es ist dementsprechend ruhig und entspannt.
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz, man verläuft sich aber auch nicht. Die zu Wohnung gehörende Einbauküche hat einen Ofen, ein Cerankochfeld und sogar Geschirrspüler! Den Kühlschrank habe ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin gekauft und es wäre nett, wenn meine Hälfte mit übernommen wird (ca. 130 EUR). Die Wohnung hat eine Deckenhöhe von über drei Metern, weswegen es sich zwingend angeboten hat, ein Hochbett einzubauen (jetzt würde ich das Bett verkaufen). Dadurch verschwendet man keinen Platz für ein Bett und kann sich auf der unteren Ebene frei entfalten :)

So I am moving out of my nice apartment, which is situated on the second floor of an older building (renovated, though)!
I was living here with my flatmate (26-year-old Tugba, exactly my age).
Apart from us, there is another flat in the same house, so just about enough to call this place rather quiet and calm.
There is quite some space in our flat, say optimum! There is a built-in kitchen with an oven, ceramic glass cooktop and a dishwasher! There is also a fridge, which I bought together with my flatmate, so it would be very convenient if you could take over my share (approx. 130 EUR). The apartment has very high ceilings (> 3m), which almost craves the built-in loft bed (for sale). As a consequence, there is quite some space left below, so you can furnish the room much more easily. It also leaves you more possibility to engage all you creativity :)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 64293 Darmstadt-Johannisviertel, aber es fand sich noch Platz für einen kleinen schönen Garten im Hinterhof, in dem man sich entspannen kann. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend: tegut is ca. 7 Min. zu Fuss entfernt, im Umkreis von 200 m findet man zwei Bäcker, ein paar Restaurants (u. a. ein Veganes), sowie Bars und Pubs. Ausserdem braucht man bis zum Zentrum keine 10 Minuten (Fahrrad/Fuss) und eine Bus- und Bahnverbindung ist ohne weiteres in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The location is very central, 64293 Darmstadt-Johannisviertel, which, interestingly enough, does not prevent you from relaxing in a nice backyard. Great shopping facilities are just around the corner: you can reach tegut in approx. 7 min. by foot, then there are 2 bakeries in the neighbourhood, as well as quite a few restaurants (even a vegan one!), bars and pubs. Downtown is less than 10 min.(bike/by foot) away and the bus-, as well as the tram connections, in about 5!
Das WG-Leben ist bei uns ruhig, nett und sauber. Zwischendurch wird etwas zusammen unternommen, je nachdem, wie man sich fühlt.
Bemerkung: Wenn es das Wetter erlaubt, finden bei uns auch gemütliche Grillpartys im Garten statt :)

Sharing a flat in our case means being rather calm, kind & polite, as well as clean. From time to time we catch up and do stuff together, but spontaneously and/or if both parties feel like to.
An additional remark: if the weather serves us well, barbecue parties are not an unknown concept in our garden :)
