The room is an unfurnished 10 mq with an additional space for some furniture directly outside the door. Even if the space of the room is limited, the rest of the size of the house compensate because it is very big. There is a small window inside. The room has is own heaters coming from the ground. This system guaratees a very good heating!
The house is located in one of the best discrict of Darmstadt and its position is very nice. It is directly at the beginning of kattreinstrasse and it is very close to a Rewe (2 minutes walk) and just five minutes walk from the tram stop Eschollbruckerstrasse where you can take the lines 1,7,8.
The life in the house is very relaxed. Here is living Nils (23 years, student), Tony (23 years student) and Victor 27 years (student). We often meet in the big living room where sometimes we watch tv together or simply talk. If you want some privacy, just close the door of your room and you will find your peace.
