Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m² groß, weiß gestrichen und hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Innenhof (also sehr ruhig). Der Boden ist mit hellem Holzlaminat belegt, wie auch in der restlichen Wohnung.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer, eine gemütliche große Wohnküche und ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne. Ein Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall der Balkon in Richtung Südwesten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ist es nicht besonders laut. Man benötigt zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum Luisenplatz und innerhalb von 3 Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Rhein-Neckarstraße (hier fahren viele Straßenbahnen und Busse). Von der Wohnung bis zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man maximal 15 Minuten.
Ich bin 27Jahre und habe in Darmstadt Bauingenieurwesen studiert. Da ich mittlerweile berufstätig bin, ist die Wohnung keine Party-WG, muss aber trotzdem keine Zweck-WG sein. Ein gemeinsames Glas Wein, Abendessen usw. ist natürlich gerne mal drin!
