Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und voll möbelliert mit dem Doppelbett, Arbeitstisch, Buchregal und Schrank. Fenster ist genug groß, sodass das Zimmer sehr hell ist :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Darmstadt-Kranichstein. Die Tram Haltestelle Institutszentrum ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Da verkehren Tram Nr. 4 und 5 mit 7 Minuten-Takt. Stadtmitte ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Kranichstein Bf ist in 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Da hast du Anschluß zum Regionalzug nach Darmstadt Hbf (6 Minuten).
In der WG wohnt Lin, kommt aus China, Studentin an der TU. Sie ist sehr freundliches und schönes Mädchen. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, rauchen und quatschen im Balkon.
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, fehlt aber nur Spüllmaschine :(
Das Zimmer wird zuerst als Zwischenmiete bis ende August vermietet. Wenn dieses Zimmer dir passt und wenn ich schaffe, einige Dingen zu erledigen, dann kann es auch ab September langfristig vermietet werden.
