I'll start with the basic description of the apartment. This is a 6 person flat in Martinsviertel. The building is a new building in very good structural condition.There is a nice kitchen with everything you need with washing machine, has access to the small terrace. 2 showers . Your room is approximately 10 m² in size, but looks a little bigger, as the walls are very high.
The location is absolutely awesome: 3 min walk to the public park, where barbecue is or may be times out simply. In the Herrngarten you went in 10 min, with the wheel you need less than 5 minutes. The apartment is quite towards the inner courtyard. The TU Darmstadt city center is also very fast (10 minutes walk, 4 minutes by bike) achieve that HDa both by bike and publicly in 15 minutes.
The location is very good to orient for students to first.
In the city center (Luisenplatz) you need to walk about 15 minutes, min with the wheel 7 min and with the bus 10.
