Da ich für einige Monate ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen entspannten Zwischenmieter, der oder die solange meine Möbel hütet. Ich fahre Mitte September und bin Ende Januar zurück. Da ich mich noch nicht um Flüge gekümmert habe, bin ich noch recht flexibel was den Ein- oder Auszug angeht.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß, nämlich 24 Quadratmeter. Durch die beiden Fenster ist es auch angenehm hell. Von morgens bis nachmittags scheint die Sonne durchs Fenster. Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Co. würde ich im Zimmer lassen. Dafür sind auch die 100 Euro Kaution.
Die WG befindet sich ungefähr in der Mitte des Rhönrings, im Norden von Darmstadt. Zu Fuß ist man in zehn Minuten auf dem Campus Stadtmitte und in 15 Minuten am Luisenplatz. Zur Lichtwiese sind es mit den Öffentlichen 20min, mit dem Rad etwas weniger. Außerdem fahren um die Ecke der H-Bus, der L-Bus und die Straßenbahn 5.
In fünf Minuten ist man außerdem wahlweise im Aldi oder im Rewe. Hinter dem Haus fängt auch praktisch schon der Bürgerpark an, in dem man klasse rumhängen oder sich sportlich betätigen kann.
In der WG wohnen noch drei Leute: Alicia, die gerade ihr Diplom gemacht hat und Max und Mathias, die an der TU studieren. Wir sind ein sehr entspannter Haufen, der sich häufig zufällig in der Küche trifft. Einmal in der Woche gibt es auch einen romantischen WG-Abend, an dem wir meist irgendwas essen und den Schnaps des Monats (selbstgemacht, versteht sich!) trinken.

From October till January I will spend a semester abroad and that's why I'm looking for someone to rent the room while I'm gone. The room is quite spacious and it has two windows which make it pretty bright. Since I'll come back, I will leave all the funiture in the room so you won't have to bring anything but your personal stuff :)
The apartment is on Rhönring which is in the north of Darmstadt. There are several trams and buses (H,L and tram number 5) which take you in 10 minutes to the city center or in 15 minutes to Darmstadt main station. To the campus Stadtmitte it's only 10 minutes as well, and to Lichtwiese you need about 20 minutes.
You would share the flat with three other people: Alicia, Max and Mathias, who are all between 23 and 25 years old and very cool people to live with! :) We like to hang out in the kitchen watch movies or cook together.
