Ich suche vom Ende August bis Ende September einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in 4er-WG. Das Zimmer ist hell und gemütlich. Es ist komplett möbliert. Vorhanden sind Kleiderschrank, Bett, Bettkasten, Schreibtisch und Schreibtisch-Stuhl.
Abstellmöglichkeiten für dein Fahrrad sind im Keller oder in den Farradboxen vor dem
Wohnhaus. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind auch im Haus zu finden.
Lage
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt: In ca. 5 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß die Haltestelle "Hochschulstadion" (Straßenbahnlinien 2 und 9). In ca. 7 Min. ist man in der Innenstadt. Der Hauptbahnhof wird in etwa 12 Minuten erreicht. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Stadt ist das Wohnheim sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.
Da es um ein WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim handelt, dürfte das Zimmer nur an Studenten der Hochschule Darmstadt und TU-Darmstadt untervermietet werden!
