I am leaving Darmstadt by the mid of January and would like to offer the room to someone else. I apartment is in perfect condition and is equipped with all the necessary items for household use.
The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Bessungen. It is fully furnished and everything is in great condition. The room is available for at least 3 months and could be rented out for longer if you are interested. There is a new washing machine and a dryer in the basement. The building also has a huge garden in the back yard.
I am an international student who is doing an internship in Darmstadt. Unfortunately i do not speak good German but if you have any queries please let me know. You can also come and see the apartment if you book a meeting.
The apartment is just 3 minutes from tram stop. Tram number 7,8 and 1 pass by so you can easily go to the city center or to the hauptbahnhof. Luisenplatz is just 5 minutes by tram and the same goes for the hauptbahnhof. There is a Netto supermarket which is just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There are also quite a few eateries in the area.
Flat is shared with another student (Julian) who is also doing an internship in Darmstadt. Julian is a very friendly person and fun to get along with. He is a very clean and organized person and we both try to clean the apartment on a regular basis. He is fluent in German and English.
Feel free to drop me a message any time or call me between 17:30 - 22:30 during weekdays. On weekends i can be reached at any time between 12:00-22:00. You can also come and see the apartment if you want. Just let me know and we can fix a meeting :)
