Hallöchen! Ich verreise für ein paar Wochen und möchte mein wundervolles Zimmer in meiner wundervollen WG (dem "Rhöngipfel") zur Zwischenmiete freigeben. Das Zimmer selbst ist mit seinen 10m² recht überschaubar, aber definitiv nicht zu klein. Die gesamte Wohnung besteht aus 3 WG Zimmern, einer Küche, Badezimmer, einem tollen Wohnzimmer und einem Dachboden mit extra Platz zum Abhängen.

Hey! I go on a trip for a couple of weeks and want to rent out my wonderful room in my wonderful living community (the "Rhöngipfel") for this time. The room itself is not big with its 10m², but it's definitely not too small. The whole flat consists of three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an awesome living room and an attic with additional space to hang out.
Die Wohnung ist am Rhönring im schönen Martinsviertel.
Zu Fuß:
- 5 min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Rhönring"
- 5 min zum Bürgerpark
- 5 min zum Aldi
- 3 min zum REWE
- 3 min zu einer Call-a-Bike-Station
- 10 min zum alten Hauptgebäude (S1|03) der TU Darmstadt

Die beiden Mitbewohner (Koert und Martin) sind Studenten und einfach tolle und unkomplizierte Menschen. Martin macht gerne Sport und Koert schaut gerne Tierdokus. :D
