Hübsches & gemütliches Zimmer in 2er WG in DA-Zentrum

Ich ziehe aus meiner gemütlichen WG aus!
In dieser WG, die sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus befindet (sehr gut renoviert), wohne ich zur Zeit mit meine Mitbewohnerin (28 Jahre alt). In dem Haus befinden sich zwei weitere Parteien. Es sind sehr freundliche Nachbarn und es ist dementsprechend ruhig und entspannt.
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz, man verläuft sich aber auch nicht. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Einbauküche hat ein Ofen, große Kochplatten und sogar einen Geschirrspüler!
Die Wohnung hat eine Deckenhöhe von über drei Metern, weswegen es sich angeboten hat ein Hochbett einzubauen. Dadurch gewinnt man zusätzlich ca. 6 m2 Nutzfläche und kann sich auf der unteren Ebene frei entfalten.
Einen Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine wurden gemeinsam für die WG angeschaft. Diese Geräte und das Hochbett sollten gegen einem Abschlag übernommen werden (250€).

I am moving out of nice apartment, which is situated on the second floor of an older building but perfect renovated!
I currently live in this beautiful apartment with my flatmate (28 years old, female).
In the building there are two other flats with very friendly neighbors and there is a very quiet and calm atmosphere.
There is quite some space in our flat, say optimum! There is already a built-in kitchen with an oven, glass cooktop (cooking plate) and even a dishwasher!
The apartment has very high ceilings (approx. 3m height). Because of this, a “high loft bed” was built in my room. Thanks to this high bed construction (that creates approx. extra 6 m2 in the room) there is quite some free space below, so you can furnish the room much more easily and win some space for your creativity ;-)
One fried and a Washing machine were bought for the WG. These 2 devices and the High Loft bed should be all together overtaken for 250 €.
