Hi!
Since I recently got a job offer out from Darmstadt I leave my nice bedroom after 2 years.
The flat is located in the first floor of an Old house (1900), but it was completely renovated a few years ago; as you can see in the pictures it has high quality finished (parkett, kitchen, bathroom…). The flat has 3 bedrooms, corridor, bathroom with separated toilette, kitchen and a Balcony. My bedroom has 16 m2 and 2 big windows to the south-west, therefore is very shiny. The cost per month is 315 (Internet cost is not included cause the current contract is finishing..)
There is some furniture that MUST be taken for 100 euros (Not negotiable): Beige Carpet 1.50x80, Desk with drawers 1.40x70 (Doesn’t appear in the pictures), a table 90x55 and the big Bücherregal. The other furniture and lamps are NOT included...
The location is great! Really nice and calm area well connected to city center, tram line 3 stop is just a few steps from the flat. Orangerie park is 1 block from here and Prinz-Emil-Garten a few minutes by foot. The Wald is also close, so if you like hiking, biking, etc this is the perfect location for you! There is a netto supermarket very close and a Rewe and Aldi 20 minutes by foot, Bakeries, pharmacy, etc...
I share the flat with Maja and Diana; Since we all work, we are looking for someone who works instead of a student, However, If you are agree on following the rules of the house you are welcome! Basically which is important is cleaning and not doing so much noise late (cause we need to wake up early for work!!!) Although this is completely not a Student-party-WG, we all are friendly ;) Important thing: We are looking for someone who stay in the flat for a LONG TERM, not only a few months...
VERY IMPORTANT THING: Since I'm already paying an (expensive) Flat in Frankfurt, It would be ideal that you move in here on August 1st, maybe 3-4 days before or a few days after, but DEFINITELY NOT more than the 1st week of August because I cannot continue paying 2 flats at the same time...
If interested or have any questions, send me an e-mail to please include a short description of you (age, occupation, nationality, etc…); You can write it in German! although my German grammar is not so good, I can understand, anyway Maja and Diana are Germans…
So, have a great day! Looking forward to meet you ; )
Wilbert
