Because of work i have to leave this beautiful room to another city. It has a high ceiling which makes the high bed prefect and comfortable. I would like to sell all my furnitures. I bought them all new from Ikea 11 months ago including the 140-200 mattress. The closet however is 2 years old but very clean and in a very good condition. The sofa is used but also in a very good condition, it becomes a bed and has a storage box inside.
Things included in the price:
- Mattress 140x200
- Big closet (Kleidung Schrank)
- Sofa-bed
- Desk with chair
- Two Storage closets (one above the door and the other above the sink)
- A rug
- Shoes cabinet (12 pairs)
- Small table for TV
- Small side table
- Big closet for the kitchen
- Small fridge in the kitchen
- Bookshelves
And few more things are nice to have.
*Ps. Although smoking is allowed in the flat, however I am not a smoker and my room never had a lighted cigarette*
The Haus is in a Central Location. 3 minutes walking distance to the Tram station. (Trams 7 & 8) take you in 4 min to luiesnplats. (Tram 1) Takes you in 6 min to Hauptbahnhof.
You can also walk 7 minutes to Reihn-necker-Straße where there are more busses and trams.
Walking distance to luesinplats is 13 min.
Walking distance to Hauptbahnhof is 20 min.
This is a 4er-WG. The Flatmates are very nice. We are all student with variety of ages.
