ich ziehe zum 1. Januar hin aus. Daher suchen wir für unsere nette 3er Wg einen Nachmieter.
Du solltest bereits WG-Erfahrung gesammelt haben.
Die WG ist in zentraler Lage zur TU Stadtmitte. Diese ist in 7 min zu Fuß erreichen.
Die H-Bushaltestelle ist 2 min entfernt. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Penney und Rewe fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist hell und ca. 15qm groß. Küche und Bad sind Gemeinschaftsräume. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Deine Mitbewohner sind beides Studenten. Simon ist 27 Jahre alt und studiert Physik. Hugo ist 23, Kolumbianer und macht ein Aufbaustudium. Die beiden sind aufgeschlossen. Manchmal unternimmt die WG etwas zusammen wie Bowlen oder ein Bier trinken. Aber wie du dich in das WG-Leben integrieren möchtest bleibt dir überlassen.
