DIeser WG befindet sich im ersten Stock eines renovierten Altbaus mit zwei weiteren Parteien. Es sind sehr freundliche Nachbarn und es ist dementsprechend ruhig und entspannt. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz, man verläuft sich aber auch nicht. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Einbauküche ist ziemlich groß, hat ein Ofen, große Kochplatten und sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung hat eine Deckenhöhe von über drei Metern. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
The appartment is located on the first floor of a renovated old building with two other appartments. The neighbours are really nice, which is why the atmosphere in the bulding is always quiet and relaxed. The appartment offers enough space, the kitchen is very big and is equipped with an oven, cooking plate and even a dishwasher. The heigh of the ceilings, as in many old appartments in Darmstadt, is more than three meters. The room will be rented unfurnished.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 64293 Darmstadt – Johannesviertel. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen schönen Garten, in dem man sich entspannen und z.B. auch grillen kann.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend: Tegut, Rewe, Penny sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 200 m findet man außerdem Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars, etc.
Zu Fuß braucht man höchstens 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Den Herrngarten erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten.
Es gibt eine gute Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung (ca. 3 min).
The location is very central, 64293 Darmstadt – Johannesviertel. The buiding has a backyard with a garten in which we often grill in sommer.
Supermarkets like Tegut, Rewe, Penny are at 5 minutes walking distance. Close by there is a backery, restaurants, bars, etc.
The city center is not farther than a 10 minutes walk. There is a bus/tram stop only 3 minutes away from the appartment.
Ich (Tugba) verlasse meine Wohnung und suche deshalb einen Nachmieter/in für meinen Mitbewohner Álvaro. Der ist 26, kommt ursprunglich aus Spanien und wohnt seit 3 Jahren in Darmstadt, wo er sein Studium des Bauingenieurwesens abgeschlossen hat. Momentan arbeitet er in einem Ingenieurbüro auch hier in Darmstadt.
Das WG-Leben war immer sehr angenehmen bei uns. Wir haben regelmäßig was zusammen unternehmen und oft gekocht, ein Bierchen getrunken oder Filme zusammengeschaucht. Es wäre nett, wenn das der Fall auch bei dem neuen Mitbewohner wäre und er/sie nicht nur einen Zweck-WG sucht.
Bevorzugt wird einen Mitbewohner/in gesucht, der berüfstätig oder am Ende seines Studiums ist. In unserem WG liegen wir sehr viel Wert auf der Sauberkeit und es muss regelmäßig geputzt werden.

I (Tugba) am leaving my current room, which is why I am looking for a new tenant for my roommate Álvaro. He is 26, spanish and has lived for 3 years in Darmstadt, where he sudied civil engineering. He currently works in an engineering company in Darmstadt.
Our life together was always very nice. We regularly did thing together, such as cooking, having something to drink or watching movies. It would be nice if it were the same with the new tenat and he/she is not just looking for a place to stay but for a home.
We prefer tenants that are either working or at the end of theit studies. In our appartment cleanliness and order is very important.

Einige Möbel und Geräte wurden gemeinsam für die WG angeschaft: Mikrowelle, Toaster, Küchenschrank, Esstisch, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank. Diese sind gegen einem Abschlag von 250€ zu übernehmen.
Some furniture and devices were bought for the WG: microwave, toaster, kitchen closet, dining table, washing machine, fridge. These must be bought by the new tenant for 250€.
