The flat is situated on the south side of the building, thus the room is quite bright. The building itself is situated in second row to the street, so that there is not too much noise. The house is soundproof enough to enjoy louder music without disturbing the neighbours.
The wardrobe in the room can be in inherited if needed (see pictures). It is also possible, to rent the room furnished.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a freezer. There is enough space in the storage room.
The flat is situated in Darmstadt's beautiful Martinsviertel right below the Mathildenhöhe. The shopping opportunities are excellent with a Rewe supermarket and bakery next door and other supermarkets within 200 meters. The city center is accessible by foot in 15 minutes, by bus it is even quicker. Busses stop right at the doorstep and run via city center to main station.
Moreover, there are lots of great bars and pubs in walking distance.
The university campus Stadtmitte is within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes.
I am usually at work during the day, but sometimes I am working from home, too. After work I like to cook dinner. I also like to invite friend over for dinner or for e.g. gaming night.
My hobbies are gaming, beach volleyball, bouldering, and riding my motorbike. I like to go out quite often as well.
I also listen to music a lot. I like metal and rock, mostly metalcore and melodic death metal resp. desert/stoner and hard rock.

Preferably, you could already give me a time when you would be available for an appointment to view. I am available after 6 o'clock in the evening most of the time, which I would prefer, but I am also open for other times.

The miscellaneous costs include a 50Mbit/s internet line and the public-service broadcast licence fee.
