I am looking for a tenant (student or working) for my room in 3-WG apartment for short-term basis as I will be traveling from 10 October 2018 to 15 January 2019.
The room (excluding balcony) is 18 square meters and fully furnished. It has attached balcony with small garden. The room has a wardrobe, a bed, a couch, a table, a chair, and shelves. It has 2 windows so room is well ventilated. In winter, you can use heater to keep the room warm. The room is bright, spacious, and in ready to move setup. The surrounding area is quite nice and friendly.
We live in the front part of the Pallaswiesenstraße, here is much less traffic than in the back of the street.
The Herrengarten is right around the corner. Accordingly, the way to the TU takes about 10 minutes. Companies like Merck, Evonik are close by. The connection to tram and bus is very good, both stops are within a minute reachable, 2 trams go directly to the main station. The nearest supermarkets are a Tegut, Netto, Penny, and Rewe about 5 minutes walk . Post office, pharmacy, and bank are also nearby and the city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes.
Currently, two students are living in the apartment with me.
From time to time , we cook together in our shared kitchen or have a nice chat in the evening, but everyone has enough time for themselves. The kitchen is the heart of the WG.
Overall, dealing with each other is very familiar and respectful.
Our WG has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. We have a well-equipped kitchen with all required utensils, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All in all, you can cook more elaborate dishes in our kitchen. We also have a washing machine in the laundry room. About cleaning, we follow a weekly cleaning schedule to clean comman areas in the WG.
