Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster, wodurch es sehr hell ist (Rollläden sind vorhanden, falls man mal länger schlafen will).
In der Miete sind alle Kosten (Strom, Internet, etc.) bereits mitinbegriffen.
Unsere Wohnung hat leider kein Wohnzimmer, dafür ist sie sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir haben eine schöne große Küche mit Spülmaschine, zwei Bäder, eins mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein Gäste WC sowie einen Raum mit Waschmaschine + Trockner. Außerdem haben wir einen Kellerraum, wo man Sachen lagern kann.
Die Lage ist wirklich super - mitten in der Fußgängerzone, 5 Minuten vom Luisenplatz oder vom Schloss entfernt und mit zahlreichen Geschäften außenrum.
Den Rewe im Luisencenter und Aldi erreicht man in ca. 3 Minute. Vor der Haustüre findet man außerdem viele Cafés und Essensmöglichkeiten.
Der Nachteil sind die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze, aber ein Auto braucht man bei der Lage wirklich nicht ;)
