Da ich aus Darmstadt wegziehe, suchen wir einen netten Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer in unserer WG am Ostbahnhof. Die WG besteht aus Adrian (Doktorand Biochemie) und Simon (Doktorand Chemie) und gesucht wird vorzugsweise auch jemand im fortgeschrittenen Studium oder der Promotion.
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
Due to me having to leave Darmstadt, we are looking for a new temporary flatmate for Adrian (PhD in biology) and Simon (PhD student in chemistry). We preferably look for someone who studies in an advanced stage or is doing a PhD as well.
The room has a balcony. The room ist without furniture.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage am Ostbahnhof (1-2 Minuten zum Bahnhof und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle) und zur Uni (Bot. Garten und Innenstadt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, Lichtwiese ca. 7 Min mit dem Fahrrad). Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind immer vorhanden.
The apartment is located pretty good at the eastern station (1-2 minutes to get there or to the next bus stop) and very close to university (about 5 miniutes by bike to Botanical garden and the city centre and about 7 minutes by bike to Lichtwiese campus). Various supermarkets are accessble by bike or car in about 5 minutes.
Die WG ist keine Zweck WG! Es wird oft zusammen gekocht, gefeiert und dem gemeinsamen WG Leben generell einen hohen Stellenwert beibemessen.
The purpose of this flatshare is not solely to live cheaply in an apartment well located. The flatmates like to cook and party together and in general a lot of things are done together here.
Es gibt in der WG kein Wohnzimmer, die Küche hat sich jedoch als hervorragender Ersatz dafür herausgestellt.
The apartment does not have an additional living room but the kitchen is well made for this purpose.
